COOK IT.
First, preheat your pellet grill to 400°F.
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder. Pour into a Ziploc back.
Add lit'l smokies to the bag with a little maple syrup (to help the sugar mixture stick) and shake to coat them entirely.
On a cutting board, cut your strip of bacon into thirds and wrap each smokie with a piece of bacon, securing with a toothpick through the middle.
Place your smokies on the grill at 400°F until the bacon begins to crisp up. Flip every ten minutes to cook evenly.
Remove from smoker, and enjoy!
