COOK IT.
Preheat your Pit Boss Grill to 225°F.
While your grill is heating up, pull the membrane off the beef back ribs, and season the ribs with Pit Boss GSP on all sides.
Next, place your beef back ribs directly on the grates of the smoker, and smoke for 2 1/2 hours. Be sure to spritz every half hour for best results.
After 2 1/2 hours of smoking at 225°F, pull the ribs off the smoker, coat them with softened butter, and wrap the ribs with butcher paper.
Then, place the ribs back on the smoker at 275°F for another 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Remove the ribs from the smoker, and allow to rest for at least 10 minutes.
If desired, glaze with BBQ sauce and place back on the smoker for an additional 20 minutes.
Remove from the smoker, slice, and enjoy!
