First, using a burger dog mold, form your beef, chorizo, or turkey into the classic burger dog shape.
Preheat your Pit Boss Griddle to medium-low heat.
Season your burger dogs with salt & pepper and sear on both sides until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F
Remove the cooked burger dogs from your griddle and place into hot dog buns of your choice.
Classic Toppings: Top your beef dogs with ketchup, mustard and pickle relish.
Southwest Toppings: Top your chorizo dogs with pico de gallo, chipotle mayo, and plenty of queso fresco
Turkey Burger Toppings: Top your turkey dogs with sliced avocado, mayo, and shredded cheese
