COOK IT.
Preheat your grill to 350°F.
In a small bowl, combine cheese, bacon, jalapeno and ranch dressing.
In a separate large bowl, combine ground beef with enough salt and pepper to taste, and any additional BBQ Rubs.
Form meat into patties and place on a pan. A good rule of thumb is for each patty to be about the size of the palm of your hand.
Using a clean glass, press into each patty, leaving the imprint of the bottom of the glass in the patty. Stuff the cheese mixture into the indent.
Grill for 25 minutes or until the ground beef reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. Serve hot.
