Cheesecake Skillet Brownie

Baking with a pellet grill is as easy as pie. Or, in this case, cheesecake! Using a cast iron skillet, boxed brownie mix, and just a few extra ingedients, you'll have a chocolatey, gooey concoction that's perfect to share with a loved one on Date Night, or with friends and family.

THE METHOD

COOK IT.

Combine all brownie ingredients and mix. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla and mix until smooth. Grease skillets and pour in brownie batter. Top with cheesecake and cherry pie filling, using a knife to blend to give it that marbled look.

Place in your Grill at 350°F and bake for about 30 minutes.

Let cool for about 10 minutes and enjoy!
