Set smoker to 400°F.

Lay out cupcake sheet tray, flipped upside down. Spray the underside of the tray with oil.

Unroll each of the cinnamon rolls and reshape on the cupcake tray.

Set tray in smoker and bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.

Remove from smoker, then transfer cinnamon rolls onto a wire rack to cool down.

Top off with your favorite ice cream and enjoy!
