COOK IT.
Take out your brioche bread and divide into four groups of two. Spread peanut butter on half of your slices and jelly on the other half.
Sandwich the peanut butter and jelly halves together and press lighlty.
In a wide bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until fully combined.
Preheat the Pit Boss Ultimate Griddle to a medium heat, around 350°F
Melt the butter on the griddle surface, ensuring an even coating.
Submerge the PB&J sandwiches into your prepared egg mixture. Coat both sides of the sandwich with batter.
Place the sandwiches on the griddle and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crisp.
Remove them from the griddle and let rest for 3-5 minutes. Cut each sandwich into four equal slices.
Toss the french toast sticks in extra cinnamon and sugar before topping with maple syrup and a dusting of powdered sugar.
Enjoy!
