Applewood Bacon Jalapeno Poppers

These grilled jalapeno poppers with Applewood bacon are a great way to spice up your usual game day menu. It's the perfect appetizer to serve before baby back ribs, as the bacon flavor primes the taste buds for the pork main event. And, you can never go wrong serving these with a slice. THE METHOD

COOK IT.

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, our Limited Edition Pit Boss Bourbon Apple Rub and cheddar cheese. Mix until completely combined.

Using a spoon, fill the peppers with the cream cheese mixture. Wrap each pepper with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Repeat until all jalapeno poppers are finished.

Preheat your Pit Boss Grill to 400°F. Place your jalapeno poppers on the grill basket and grill for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked and crispy.
