COOK IT.
MAKE THE MARINADE: In a large bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, honey, chopped chipotle peppers, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and Sweet Rib Rub. Whisk the glaze until it's well combined.
MARINATE: Add the wings to the bowl to coat with the glaze, cover, and place in the fridge. Allow to marinate for up to 12 hours.
GRILL: Preheat your grill to 350°F or 'medium high heat' if using a charcoal or gas grill. Remove the marinated wings from the fridge and place on a wire rack. Insert a temperature probe into the thickest part of one of the wings and grill on the bottom grate for 5 minutes. Then rotate the rack 180° and grill for another 5 minutes. Remove the wings once they have an internal temperature of 165°F and the juice from the chicken runs clear.
SERVE & ENJOY: Remove the fully-cooked wings from the grill and serve immediately.
