Smoked Bone-In Pork Chops

These smoked bone-in pork chops are extra juicy, extra flavorful, and extra easy to make. They're first generously seasoned with Tennessee Apple Butter Rub, then smoked at 250°F on the Pit Boss smoker.

THE METHOD

COOK IT.

01

Preheat your pellet grill or smoker to 250°F.

02

Generously rub the pork chops with olive oil and season on all sides with the Tennessee Apple Butter Rub.

03

Place the pork chops in the smoker, insert a temperature probe into the thickest part of one of the pork chops, and smoke with the lid closed until the internal temperature reaches 145°F, about 1 hour 30 minutes. The pork chops should have developed a good color and be juicy, but no longer be pink in the center.

04

Remove the pork chops from the smoker and allow them to rest for 5-10 minutes under tented aluminum foil, then slice along the grain and serve.
