THE METHOD

COOK IT.

01

Preheat your grill to 350°F.

02

Cut each squash in half, long ways, and use a sturdy spoon to scoop out the seeds.

03

Using a basting brush, evenly coat the inside of the squash with melted butter, then season with Boss Rub, to your liking.

04

Wrap each half with aluminum foil.

05

Place on the upper rack of your preheated grill and bake for 40-50 minutes.

06

When the flesh is fork tender, remove from the grill and allow to rest for 15 minutes.

07

Using a fork, scrape the flesh from the skin into a bowl. Break apart the strands and add more butter and seasoning, as desired.

08

Serve immediately!
