Smoked Cream Cheese

Smoked Cream Cheese is a BBQ rite of passage for avid grillers and smokers. Smoked for 2 hours on the wood pellet smoker, this easy recipe makes a perfect self-serve appetizer for your next party or backyard barbecue.

THE METHOD

COOK IT.

Preheat your smoker to 225°F.

Unwrap the blocks of cream cheese and score the tops of them in a diamond/criss cross pattern.

Season the scored tops of the cream cheese blocks with BBQ rub.

Place the cream cheese blocks on a baking tray lined with butcher paper. Place tray with cheese on upper rack of your smoker.

Smoke for 2 hours.

Remove cheese from the grill and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Serve with your choice of crackers, bread, and veggies!
