THE METHOD

COOK IT.

01

Set smoker to 300°F.

02

Take ham out of its packaging, transfer to an aluminum pan, and pat dry with a paper towel.

03

Lightly sprinkle BBQ Rub all over the ham, then place in smoker and let cook for 2 to 2 ½ hrs. or until internal temperature reaches above 150°F.

04

Halfway through the ham’s cook time, make the glaze. In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, apricot jam, dijon mustard, and orange juice.

05

When there is less than 1 hour left, baste the ham with the glaze, coating heavily. Try to get in between the cuts without tearing the meat, and return to the smoker.

06

Let the ham rest before cutting into it, then enjoy!
