THE METHOD

COOK IT.

01

To make the simple syrup, combine ½ cup water and ½ cup brown sugar in a pot over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved, stir in ¼ cup maple syrup and allow the mixture to cool. Store in the fridge until ready to use. (A single cocktail uses ¼ oz.)

02

Using the Pit Boss smoke tube kit, fill the tube with pellets and light from the top until pellets begin to smoke.

03

Hold your cocktail glass over the smoke tube and allow it to fill with smoke for a few seconds before placing it upside down on a flat surface to hold the smoke in.

04

Fill the glass with ice before pouring in the bourbon, lemon juice, and brown sugar maple simple syrup. Stir to combine before topping it off with ginger beer.

05

Skewer two marshmallows onto a long toothpick and lay it across the top of the cocktail.

06

Light the marshmallows on fire using the Pit Boss butane torch for a sweet and toasty garnish.

07

Serve and enjoy!
